Glorious morning for a run. Did my favourite 10k local loop for the last time until spring when it dries up (there’s about a mile of trail and it was super slippy today). PR up the hill (86m) to get to it, which feels good 😊 #runchat

Went to #parkrun with no real agenda other than “faster than last week” (29m15). Somehow breezed round in 27m57, even with some funnel queuing, feeling very strong, and smashing half a minute off my previous PB for the Cheltenham summer course. Well pleased with that!

Happy #parkrunday had a good push today and got my time down again for the third week in a row. Hoping he next week I’ll actually be able to get out and train a bit more, but this felt good today #parkrun 🦢
