Men like that imagine that a woman having an abortion is destroying a man's rightful property. To them there's no cognitive dissonance, no contradiction. They don't see women as having full humanity.

I always think it's fascinating how white, right wing Americans say this sort of thing with ZERO IRONY about how the United States came to exist in the first place.
