Marine whistle is in my car at all times. Marine whistles are far louder than others for safety. Cheap and they float. Any fishing/marine store, Ace Hardware and Amazon.
Crazy loud. I use them at protests to get attention and it pisses some people off because its so loud.

I carry a whistle at all times in my car just for an instance like that. I know it’s unlikely to see ICE around here, but I’m prepared for if I do.

That’s great. Also, FYI, marine whistles are designed to be heard over long distances for safety. Very inexpensive and they float. Can get at any marine supply, Ace hardware, camping store or on Amazon.
