Amy Gleason is not a career official. She worked in the Federal Government from 2018-2021, and was hired as a senior advisor to United States Digital Service in January. The rest of her career appears to have been in the private sector/health care world. Per Linked in.

No wonder Russ Vought, champion of marriage and family, is glum. His wife divorced him in August 2023 and (note the giant engagement ring) upgraded to a guy who doesn't look like a loaf of unbaked bread.
