So Altruan lists it as unavailable in Canada on both the altruan.com and altruan.de web sites.
Customer service says they won't ship to Canada.
But it is orderable on the shop app & successfully ships from Germany (via DHL I assume)?
Why didnt they direct me to the shop app?
