This paper presents the magmatic stratigraphy of a newly drilled Deep Platreef section on the farm Sandsloot, in the northern limb of the Bushveld Complex.

We used petrology, mineral and bulk geochemistry to examine magmatic controls on Ni-Cu-PGE in the Platreef at Tweefontein - with some exciting implications for the episodic emplacement of this world-class deposit!
