I really think its because they were one of the bright spots of ROH in its DARKEST time (fan wise) If that makes sense. Hence the "Who are you" chants. AEW shoulda debuted these guys like they were brand new. Plus, idk if the "dark and/or spooky" thing TRULY works in AEW's realm.
