settlement funds have gone to the lawyers. final pre-purchase inspection tomorrow and then getting the keys the day after arrrgh!!
biggest amount of money I have ever spent in one go (until I have to pay the rest next week) but deposit has been paid and contract has gone unconditional.

A sub sandwich is fine for outdoor use, especially at range, but for home defense a grilled cheese is much better suited to a close quarters environment.
