Another super busy day, work knackered me out but I still had some energy for the evening.
We had one of the best south Indian meals we ever had. The cheesey naan bread was the best I've ever had and I could eat a million of them
Then we had an evening of punk and I'm even more knackered 😴

Completion 144 this year is the brilliant Keeper. This little game turned out to be one of my favourites this year. It's a brilliant little game, wonderful little story and simple but satisfying gameplay.
Well worth a play if you like heartfelt stories!

As previously suggested, more food based nonsense rather than my gaming nonsense. We went to a great place where you can get all sorts of food, my high was definitely the birra taco pizza, that thing is insane 🤤

I'm excited to visit some friendly faces but I'm definitely going miss home!

Completion 143 this year was another fairly quick and odd GamePass game. You play as a kid and you need to get a potato for your nans stew.
The game doesn't get much more interesting than that, fairly quick completion though and you can knock it out on a Sunday afternoon!

Some of the random encounters you have in SoT are the best, the bulk of people want you dead but every now and again you meet another crew who are just as silly as you and I love how unserious these interactions can be 🧰

Knocked out a fairly hefty update for Total War Warhammer III. I really love these games and I'm so glad they started adding achievements so I can go for them and it gives me more of an excuse to throw hours at these games!

Completion 142 this year is another one of those escape room games.
It starts out well and it's kinda fun, but that really starts to wear thin when you get to DLC achievements. They are far more grindy than they have any right to be and I never want to play an escape room game again now 😭

That's it for GTASC this year, it's been a bumper year and we did a lot. I'm really proud of what we all did as a team, we got to week seven and got into the top 60, then the competition got a little crazy!

Back to Little Nightmares 3 tonight and its still unsettling, every area you're waiting for the next creepy thing. Not quite as terrifying as the other two, but very creepy

To continue our Halloweeny weekend, we watched another four films in line with spooky season, Weapons, Black Phone, Run Sweetheart Run and Killer Weekend. Black Phone was my personal stand out, I am a sucker for Joe Hill so no wonder that was my favourite.

Completion 139 this year is another Monopoly game!
This time it's just the classic game. I honestly don't mind Monopoly and I get a kick out of it. There are definitely better board games out there, but I don't mind playing this on my own. I would love to see some other board games get adaptations

They started off fun and progressively got more tedious, good to make progress on the story content in SoT though. There is so much to get through!

You play as a homeless kid and lead your herd of cute little goat cows back to their home. This is a super simple and sweet game, but worth playing in an evening. Another GamePass gem that I would have missed!

Overall I enjoyed my time with this one. The combat is a little lacking but the world is great, and a horrifically brutal mirror of our own world. I wasn't the biggest fan of the ending but the world told a bigger story. Worth picking for that alone!
