This is an… okay Pokémon spinoff game that isn’t excellent like its predecessor Legends Arceus, but has some good character designs and music tracks. Not a modern classic, but not a garbage fire either.

Blood, Bath, & Beyond barely missed victory last night, finishing in 2nd place by a few points. But we’ll be back at it next week!

I’m currently building a Magic: The Gathering party deck! It’ll finally be complete when I pick up the FF1 scene box tomorrow.
(It’s full of Warriors, Wizards, Clerics, and Rogues, plus cards that give me bonuses for using those creature types. And lots of removal spells.)

Just finished Batman & Robin: Year One by Mark Waid and Chris Samnee. 12-issue limited series that finished last month.
Banger of a book. The hyper-stylized art fits the tone of the story. I love these versions of the key characters. Easy recommendation to anyone that's Batman-curious.

I won’t count this game as a 2025 got’im because I’ve beaten it probably 20+ times over the years. It takes maybe 30 minutes.

(I think it’s a juvenile jumping spider but I’m not 100% sure. Little guy is tiny. Maybe a centimeter long.)
