Man, this nutrition and gym plan I've been put on. There's not enough hours in the day to eat this much food, and drink this much fucking water 😂 never imagined the issue would be having to force feed myself porridge and chicken (not at the same time)

Like, not too unhealthy or too weak, literally just mechanically too much of me in the way to sit up right from a prone position. And also, someone fucking walked past and looked at me as I lay there like a fucking turtle stuck on its back.
Got fat and depressed after COVID, never really got back on track. So got a fitness coach on the case. Great so far, but today I found out I'd gotten too fat to do any amount of sit-ups. Like, my core's fairly strong still - easily planked for over a minute. Literally just to fat to sit up... wow.

If Ukraine can clear Pokrovsk, when virtually everyone had written it off, then the inevitability of slow Russian progress is over. It's not Bakmut or Andriivka, it's not land for time anymore. Every battle could become winnable. Such an important front in all this. Remember to donate to the AFU!

Just saw this YouTube title: "SHOCKING - Is MAGA Aligning with Ukraine and Zelenskyy Now?" I honestly think a lot of them needed to see more of Russia and the Russian state on Fox News. They seemed to hold some ridiculous vision of Russia being a great super power that wasn't true

The sheer hypocrisy of Russia annoys me the most. Only they are allowed to be violently expansionist. If NATO peacefully expands, that's a red line. Only they can test missiles, anyone else, it's a threat. Only they can threaten to nuke people, anyone else, it's suddenly not good for relations.
