this is very much a shot in the dark cause ive never used xp-pen, but do you run its program as administrator, maybe it just doesn’t have permission to save wherever it’s trying to save its configuration file
might also be something with windows ink settings but i cant say for sure from here orz

there aren't many drives that specifically allow non-php donations so i'll just share the one that does have usd + aud donations available. it's reputable and you can check their efforts in the site as well!
