I'm not a crazy stickler for lore but you have to make it make sense!!

I look at a pasty white drow and I check the page and search for the word szarkai or albino and if I don't find it anywhere I close that book up and put it back on the shelf no thank you.

You can even fuck around with the eye colors if you think about it because natural drow eyes are red. Okay so with no or little red pigment what do we have. Pinks. Purples. Blues. They don't have to be red. But they can make SOME KIND OF SENSE.

Think about drow skin tones. Now think about having very little of that pigment. skin is transparent/translucent. So we combine the little natural drow pigment with blood showing through translucent skin. And we get a skin tone. And it's never going to be Caucasian.

I feel like a crazy person bc I have a pasty drow but he's. Entirely lore compliant. You can have lore compliant pasty drow, they're albino. Drow don't come in white people color unless they're albino. Even then they're like A little bluish tinged. A little purple. You could even get away with pink.
