Having fun sim-racing 🏁

I directed a sci-fi short film once, maybe I’ll tell more stories in the future.
Ok I think I really cooked with this one

Vibe coded for months an AI social media agent into @typefully

It writes in your voice, searches the web, learns, and a lot more

The goal is to make you better at this, not do it for you

Still using Claude Code for lots of tasks, but it’s really awful how it just agrees with everything, and with the opposite of what you just said too.

I prefer it over Codex for certain tasks because of how slow and overthinking Codex often is, but I often regret it.

How sw development feels these days

`codex --add-dir {backend path}` is working very well for me, even though I think it’s not even documented yet?

Seeing the agent work on both the frontend and backend simultaneously is really cool.

Using Codex again today after some time with Sonnet 4.5, and it just one-shots clean solutions without the bullshit 🥹

Sorry Codex, I'll never abandon you again.

(until Sonnet 5, and this dance will go on and on)

Crazy, I’m champion in PSGL F13 🏆

It’s been a rollercoaster, with amazing and terrible races, no middle ground.

I need to improve my mental game and make fewer mistakes to race and win in higher tiers.

But it’s PSGL, so proud of this as a rookie in my first season.

Are there CSS env vars to make space for the new window controls on iPadOS? Couldn't find any.

We're facing a strange challenge with AI at @typefully.com.

We're too productive 😅

We're shipping more, launching agents, using AI for code reviews, etc.

Doing more and more, but our mental capacity stays the same. It's exciting but overwhelming.

Is it happening to anyone else?

📣 Typefully Now Works Without X!

We've finally introduced new signup and login options for Typefully:

→ Log in with Google, Email, LinkedIn, or X

This means you can sign up and schedule Bluesky posts, without needing an X account anymore 🎉

Installed iOS 26.

I like the overall look and feel, but man, some Liquid Glass UI is awful.

The fully transparent notifications are particularly jarring. It’s such an obviously bad idea to make notifications with small text so hard to read.

Working on a revamped calendar experience in @typefully.com.

Would you prefer:

1) A weekly view with the time of day as y-axis?
2) Or a kanban view with all posts and empty slots?

We'll likely keep both, but want to choose the best default.

Drag and drop will work in both views.

Just won my first league race ever on F1 25 🏆

Started P3 and finished P1 in PSGL.

I’m in a low tier but it’s the most competitive league, so competition is very tough.

Feels really amazing after sweating for so many hours. Love sim racing.

PSA: Spotify creates a personalized "Chill Background Mix" for you.

It's really great for deep work 🎧

Need to catch a flight but can’t stop vibe coding @typefully.com features.

Claude Code is seriously addictive.

Drove some laps at Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in a Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S.

Crazy fun. Now I want more track time, probably with my own car next 👀

Instructor praised me for smooth and precise driving multiple times, so cool to see that sim racing translates to real life.

I've spent a few days with the iPadOS 26 developer beta, and unfortunately, it's *not* winning me over.

The visual design feels busier and flashier, more distracting.

I love iOS for its simplicity and minimalism, but it seems those days are over. Maybe I'll get used to it.

Trying something new. I'll report back.

It doesn’t have access to my to-dos, but I use ChatGPT so much that this could work well.

Has any government started designing a UBI system for when AI runs most of society?

Seems like the kind of thing you'd want to figure out before it happens, not during or after.

Rewatched all Mission Impossible films including Final Reckoning, and Mi3 is still my favorite.

Unpopular opinion, but it's the most emotionally grounded one, with very personal stakes, not just world-ending.

Also the action is over the top but remains mostly believable.

Meta moment: building an AI feature for @typefully.com, reviewing the code with AI, and tweeting this using the AI feature itself.

The circle is complete ⭕

It feels very human, though, as we’re striving to make all of it extremely personal.

After years building SaaS products, I've learned:

Simple wins. Every. Time.

Typefully = twitter editor.
Mailbrew = email digests.

Both grew because we resisted feature bloat and obsessed over core workflows.

Users don't want more features. They want better outcomes.

Compared to X, Bluesky still often feels more high-signal to me, but also a bit emptier.

I hope there’s going to be another wave of hype and signups so we all give it another chance.

Who’s using it daily here?

This show is fantastic.

I enjoyed the first season already, but this one is even better.

It's a must-watch. Give it a chance, as the synopsis and trailers don't quite capture Fielder's work.

This is the golden age for makers.

No excuses, just build and ship.
