Edit for making it more user-friendly and adaptable! Rather than being held in place with tooth grooves and a mouth-filling ball, if the base of the dildo had grooves, it could be squeezed through a ring-gag to make sure it's seated the perfect depth for a wide variety people.

Thanks! I was worried I might be modeling it slight too small. I also want to do *something* different with the air exit so it's not directly under the other hole. Maybe branch left/right to the sides of the gag, so it never gets blocked or sucks in fluids.

The plug is meant to be made of soft silicone, so not as intimidating as it appears. But, when worn, it would turn the wearer into little more than a toy. Stretched, but all other sensations dampened--to wear this would show your devotion to others' pleasure over your own... know anyone like that?
