We had a very similar thing. One of my teachers would say “don’t think of cows!” when someone said they had to sneeze and we were so distracted trying to figure out why, we’d often forget about sneezing. I wonder where this came from!

Something like one or two of these accordion files maybe? I like them because filing cabinets are ugly/expensive and these fit in the floor of my closet.
