Haha, no, I totally get that. I would try it though! Because muscle tension and bad posture (esp. in your neck) can be a big trigger for them. I take them as a sign I need to take a screen break. And I've actually gotten fewer over time the more aware about it I've been.

YES. I've had them for several years now. Usually I just lay down and close my eyes for a bit until they pass. Sometimes neck massages also make them go away. I carry so much stress/tension in my neck and upper shoulders 😩
