#NW The Thing (2011)

Im in the same boar. I wemt from really loving this season because of the focus on character development to, wow this season is wasting alot of time on nothing. Id say this season has maybe 4 or so really damn good episodes and the rest are either a mixed bag or outright terrible.

And just freaking insulting. The season 2 finale, beside the dying fire, starts off really strong with the walker horde converging on the farm and the ensuing epic battle. Then the group gets split up and the rest of the episode is spinning wheels trying to get the group back together.

To have a discussion about abortion with regards to Laurie's pregnancy. The "discussion" ends up turning into lets make Laurie look like a bitch for even considering abortion to the point where she apologizes to Rick and calls herself weak. I find that very to be tone deaf on the part of the writing

Also reared some very stupid as hell contrived plot points such as Carl being too chicken to shoot a walker that then gets free from the mud and kills Dale as a result. Like that was so forced and should not have happened the way it did. Also, the show sticks its foot in its mouth with how it tries

About how even if the world sucks and you don't want to live in it you owe it to yourself and others to try and make it a better place. But there were also plenty of super padded things like the group taking like 3 to 4 episodes to decide what to do with a injured person they captured. The season
