good soup:
• 1.25 cup gr lentil
• 1 y onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 lg radish
• 1 lg carrot
• 2 tbsp veg bouillon
• 1 tbsp evoo
• 3/4 cup gnocchi
• 6 cups h2o
toast diced veg in oil till soft, add h2o, lentils, bouillon - boil & simmer 20 mins, add gnocchi until it floats, ssn w/ salt & pep - SERVE 💁
