Outside is giving me all the blue sky I need today.

Also, the new plan for Gaza means the USA will only help Israel rebuild the areas that will now be under Israeli occupation. USA will not help rebuild the Palestinian areas that the former’s weapons of mass destruction destroyed.

The destruction of Gaza's buildings has come as a result of Israeli air strikes and shelling as well as a systematic campaign to deliberately demolish vast swaths of the territory.

I would avoid whatever smoke she is smoking. Housing prices will decline, mostly because investors and VCs are pulling out of private housing market and getting back into the commercial real estate and land markets.
Property taxes though, won’t fall as quickly. Local govt can wait 7yrs to reassess

The two National Guard members who were shot near the White House are from West Vir-ginia. The National Guard is part of the US military, but is state-based. Governors can order the troops to deploy, usually to assist in emergencies like natural disasters. Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth has said that Trump requested 500 more National Guard troops to be sent to Washington, DC. "There are guardsmen and women here in West Virginia that would jump at the chance to try to secure a city where two of their own lave been brazenly ambushed and attacked in broad daylight, merely blocks from the White House," McCuskey told CNN.
