Check with your local animal shelter. Where I live they will come and get animal and deliver to wildlife rehabber. If you don't have a local shelter, try posting on nextdoor.com and see if anyone has a local rehabber they recommend.

Yes. Some Republicans in Congress are now saying it's our fault if we need health care. If we would just exercise and eat better. Says nothing about kids/adults who participate in sports and get hurt, genetic cancer/heart disease/diabetes etc. These people represent rich, not their own people.

Pence may have meant well but in the end he continued supporting Trump through lie after lie after lie after lie. Not sure how his evening conversations with God went but I'll bet he wasn't getting alot of "atta boy" from the Big Guy.

The ACA eliminated that. They can not refuse to give you insurance due to a pre-exisiting condition. They can charge you based on your age. Before I went on Medicare I was paying almost $1000/mo to Kaiser Permanente which I had switched to because my Blue Cross was almost $2000/mo.
