A very cool stripey head gull I saw today in Landshut. I think it's simply a Black Headed Gull but an adolescent whose markings are not fully formed.

I finally found it, when I put my thinking cap on, it's where I thought it might be Ringelstecherwiese, the large meadow area between old town and Isar. Okay let's have a Glühwein. Cheers all

Re: the beer, Wittmann I usually think a bit of a mid table brewery, okay but rarely excite. However I'm drinking the Winterbier & it's good.
I think the Christmas market must be somewhere else in town, the few stalls in the centre were a disappointment.

No prizes for guessing where we are now 🤣, one of our current favourite bars, this and Otto, Deggendorf and Wirsthaus zum Geiss, Straubing, we'll be back there again next week.

Not a great photo but unusually the sign caught my attention more than the beer 🤣 so I focused on that. Anyway another great bar in Freising that we've been to a couple of times now, but this is the first visit for a couple of years. Furtnerbräu is handily placed between Augustiner and Sammamera

Train beer and for an alcoholfrei beer it's a decent offering. I would be quite happy being the designated driver if this was an option. Up there with the Augustiner alcoholfrei offering.

This ice is on the inside of the window & just filling kettle from the large bottle of water that Loz put in back & it has a lot of ice in it. But fear not. we were super cosy & warm in bed. Heater on full now 🤣🔥
