Thank you, that’s so lovely of you to say. I’ll never completely like what I see but I’m finally comfortable in my own skin. I have a physical job now which has helped a great deal in shifting the weight. I count calories but don’t restrict what I can eat. If I fancy a biscuit, I’ll have one 😊
