This may not look like much, but I've now integrated the adventure scenes into the map, so the map generation makes sense. Still a bit stubby, since you can't do the part where you investigate from space yet, but it EXISTS.

Here's an example of one where you have to collect two signals to find the main delivery location. Notice how the arrows update and I have to backtrack.

Of course, the white POI contain things worth visiting, so this super-direct route isn't usually the best idea.

Here's an example of the package delivery play. Basically, each little white circle is a POI that has a little story attached and also points the way to the nearest major signal - signals are hidden until you get a pointer.

Created a very simple drawing routine to draw the "surface". Now the rubble and craters roughly line up with visuals of them. This is more useful than getting a photo and painstakingly lining up my definitions to the photo.

Added random craters and debris. Obviously not matching the image, but fully functional otherwise, forcing you to slow down dramatically and costing you hours.

This may look similar to how it was before, but if you're an astute programmer-art-aficionado, you'll notice you can now drive around and tiles will be revealed (in addition to the ones revealed from space, beforehand).

Working out the map thing, since my art skills are struggling under the haze of decongestants and the final bits of my fever.

The idea is that it's like oldschool Fallout 2, but for every planet you deliver to. However, you don't operate blind: you survey some tiles before you land.
