I like to bike. I like strategy video games. I like nerdy stuff (and also geeky and dorky). Did I mention bike riding?

I go by the line on the washing machine slider thing while cutting a few millimetres off, but now I kinda want to check how that compares to the lines on the detergent cup.

I have a pretty low bar. Coraline freaked the beejezus out of me, and I'm still scared to see potatoes with roots because of that one Archie's Weird Mysteries episode.

If it's good enough I might even do a small review on Novus. We'll see. #FoundationGalacticFrontier

How pretentious to be insulted by lack of pretentiousness.
....bravo.

I've actually really enjoyed all these physical FreeCell games. If anyone wants to buy me a full 52-card deck, plus a shuffler, feel free.

Or I could just play on my phone and have some real challenge.

For anyone interested (and who wouldn't be) the number of cards you can move in #FreeCell is
M=(2^E)x(C+1)
where M is moves, E is empty columns, and C is empty cells.

Maybe I should remove a column instead of a cell. I've already been playing with six instead of eight, but columns contribute a lot more to multi-card moves than cells.

Okay, that's still pretty easy, lol.
I won't pretend I'm some FreeCell champ (I'm about 61.9% on random decks), but losing almost forty percent of cards helps a hellofa lot.
October 13, 2025 at 5:14 PM
Okay, I've decided I can only have three cells in this 32-card run, which by #FreeCell rules (well, mathematical rules) might stop it from being laughably easy.

Physical FreeCell can be fun at times, but man is it nice to not have to move cards.

Well $*#^ this is basically a sci-fi Stardew Valley, isn't it? I'm pretty sure I have to get this.
