Solid but unspectacular week, green arrow and up 400k. Last 5-6 weeks have been variations of this which make me look at the madness of the first 5 horrific weeks of the season and wonder what could’ve been if I had been as boring and template as I am now 🤷♂️

LBJ had a meeting once with George Wallace. A meeting that left Wallace visibly shaken when talking to the press afterward. I’m sure hands and mason jars were discussed.

This seems like it will end quite badly.
All those weeks of not owning Haaland to only bring him in and have him still potentially kill me by not captaining him. Almost like the game wants you to play scared 😬

Ended up using a bunch of radish greens I got yesterday in a tofu scramble with turmeric and cheese, and miso soup with some wakame and extra greens. Still have a bag full of them though 😂

I look at this team and think it might be better with Bowen instead of Haaland and 6m to play around with later. But it feels like having a team at half capacity to have 6m going unspent. Not even sure what I’d do with 6m

Giving serious thought to this. Would be Ekitike, Porro, Munoz, Cucurella out to Diouf, Haaland, Mukiele, and Truffert. My rank is 9.5m so radical change probably in order

Almost done cleansing my team of Forest assets. I know GK transfers are sub optimal but I just can’t look at Sels anymore

“Last Straw” was bad but anodyne, paint by the numbers bad.
“Friendship” was offensively bad in every level.
“Incident at Loch Ness” was Werner Herzog saves my quartet by parodying himself and his films and still managing to be profound. Brilliant film.

Giving serious thought to Joao Pedro over Haaland for the next 3 game weeks. Better fixtures and might outscore him. Feels crazy looking at all that money in the bank but with price rises in my team, should be able to bring Haaland in fairly easily in GW6

Thinking out loud about this draft. Don’t love it at first look but through week 10 it guarantees me at least 6 players against the promoted clubs and WHU, WOL, BRE, BOU, EVE most weeks. Particularly good for the defenders. Still tinkering though
