Pictish Trail - Life Slime
I’ve streamed this plenty through the Bandcamp app over the last two weeks but this is my first chance to play the LP since it arrived; a lovely album that is a late contender for Album of the Year.

Prince and the Revolution - Around the World in a Day (2025 pressing)
Did I need yet another pressing if this? Certainly not, but the vinyl color was too pretty to pass up. (She’s lucky she’s cute, she’s a bit noisy and the label coloring is off.)

Steve Mason - Boys Outside
I wasn’t a huge Beta Band fan but his debut under his own name - a collaboration with the always fabulous Richard X - is downtempo indie/electropop brilliance, and the imaging of a man falling from black to white is top tier.
