New by me - although Citrix say there is no evidence of exploitation of CitrixBleed 2 vulnerability, they are wrong - it has been under active exploitation since mid June by an IP associated to a ransomware group, with multiple IP addresses now involved.

The owner has not only been in the same Director of R&D for the last 20 years, he owns 4 houses. Plus he's an adjunct professor at the local collage.
He just doesn't put money back into the properties but has no issue with raising rent.

And the Central Air unit is down yet again. Built back int he glorious year of 1991, it's gone down once every year for the last 4 years. The repair men have stated they're having issues finding parts for it. Yet the owner refuses to replace it with a new one.
