What if we had the story of Medusa all wrong? What if she were a beauty harassed incessantly by gods and mortals alike, who pleaded with Athena for help? So Athena gave her snakes for hair to bite groping hands, and a gaze that will turn predators to stone. The free garden statuary is a bonus.

Part of the reason English is such a chaotic language is that we use an alphabet designed for Latin to write Germanic words. We have 26 letters trying to keep up with 44 sounds. Bring back fuþark, or at least restore the runic letters we kicked out.
