I'm handling all this funeral stuff for dad much better than I expected, right up until I remember something he told me or something he did or how I was a bad daughter to him sometimes and then I have to start all over again with learning how to breathe.

Since we’re talking about it today…for anyone who dislikes the idea of a guaranteed HEA because it spoils your enjoyment to know how a story will end, that’s fine. It’s your right to read what you like, and maybe romance isn’t for you. But also: imagine romance books are like going on a road trip.

I want to see Turtle Island be a home to sane governance again, and this is a real key part. Some form of recall that goes into effect once there's evidence of corruption. Actual enforceable ethics agreements. And banning anyone from having a billion dollars because that's what got us here...
