I take turmeric daily in a powder form along with my mushroom supplements. Good for skincare and eyes they say? Starting ginger daily also.

Thanks, I have many ideas for one and I have been wanting to do this for over thirty years. Great idea! I will look into that suggestion and it would pass the long winter days and months.
