I have an idea, we take the UK House of Lords model and render them irrelevant without actually dissolving it. So they’re still Senators.

For that matter, equity's strongest soldiers are largely non-ideological, and not "woke" at all, but "asleep". They believe in a better America and that it has been betrayed. They don't really get the trans thing, let alone the abolition of gender they in fact think it's weird, but they support you.

the best outcome of emerging from this moment is a guided/semi-democratic government. But true democracy? Why would anyone trust the entire populace after this? What it would look like in practice: the GOP and MAGA are excluded from democracy. strictly corralled and disciplined into submission.
