Lavi went to hell with her girlfriend and Wyll. She thought, Raphaels home was scary and cruel, but she saw far worse things in Avernus - torture, experiments and more. Not even her friend Abdirak found that inspiring anymore, when she told him.

Lavi would be putting her artificer training to work and making some complex machines out of cake. She has a knack for good taste, but the machine cakes have to be chased through the tent first, because they of course are functional - artificer pride ☺️

She started out as Lavinia and became Lavi or little menace quickly. And now, I mostly all her Lavi

Lavi is shocked about her violent thoughts towards Gortash. She never favours violence, but she is thinking about killing Gortash as violently as possible constantly and it shocks her. She told her best friend Abdirak about it eventually.

Lavi to unwanted admirer: 'This makes no sense, you will not be able to even hurt Karlach and even if you would, what would make you think, that would win my heart? I would actually kill you.' The last part in a light tone, but with an unsettling smile at the end.

Lavi has helped me to become more creative again and to become more confident.
She also somehow made me get introduced to the most awesome people and creative spaces and helped through some stuff.

Lavi would normally take her best friend Abdirak with her, because he can shoo ghosts as a cleric. But just in case, the ghosts are friendly, she takes Hope because Hope would be so gentle, knowing what it is like to be a tortured soul, but could also shoo ghosts. Lavi always looked up to her aunt Marei for being an artificer and she loved the magic of her mother, so she was interested in both as a child and studied both. In the end, she decided to pursue artificing and become an apprentice in the House of Wonder

Lavi has a cat named Cookie. She just wandered into the camp one evening and stayed.
Every pet, Lavi adopts (and according to Abdirak it is half of the Swordcoast) gets the very best treatment - Scratch, Owly and Cookie all have their own cushions and the best food.

Lavi loves tea and she brings her famous self made lemon cookies. They all have technical blueprints on them, because Lavi had some ideas while making the cookies and drew them on there. She was afraid to forget them, before she found paper, so the cookies look eccentric, but are delicious.

If you ask the other companions, they would say, they are surprised about Lavis friendship with Abdirak, since those two are so different. But Abdirak is someone who cares.
If you ask Lavi: clearly Astarion. They hated each other until after Cazador and then he surprised her by thanking her.

Lavi is the typical artificer, always working on something and inventing some gadget.
She is not arrogant, but she is curious and wants to know everything.

Lavi would be responsible for the fireworks and the illusions and she would do an awesome job. Artificer really have tools for every occasion. Lavis challenge would be more the interactions with the crowd, she is not the most social person. So she probably would ask her friend Liya to help out there

Lavi has the problem of living in a mostly humansized society. She has to always ask for gnome sized meals or beverages in taverns, the furniture is often too high, books are unreacheable. She has mastered Mage Hand, Misty Step, Longstrider and Jump a long time ago to deal with it.

For Lavi it is confronting Gortash. Not only because of her past with him (she is one of the Gondians and saq him killing her aunt in front of her), but also because of what he did to her girlfriend Karlach. Seeing him at the colony at the end of act 2, nearly made her storm inside and attack.

Lavi would not go. She doesn't care about it being in the Szart palace, but she doesn't like social events, so she would feel out of place honestly. But she offers Dorian to build him a automaton to serve the guests drinks as thanks for the invite

I love Abbey Park. Perfect music for an artificer in my opinion.

I'm currently readon Tad WIlliams new Osten Ard saga and love it. One of my favourite new characters is Binabiks daughter Qina. Since I can't draw very well, I tried making her in the Baldurs Gate 3 character creator - though I'm not sure, if the trolls would be closer to halflings or dwarves.

I made my gnome artificer from a DnD campaign in Baldurs Gate 3 and posted her pic in a BG Reddit thread. And a nice person drew her and gifted it to me. I don't know, if mullerartwork is on Bluesky, but thank you again. I'm using the drawing as my portrait for the pen and paper character.
