The difference in how I have been over the last few weeks since finally making that decision has been HUGE. I feel almost stable these days, slight confidence, less like a failure, and less floundering. Obviously a long way to go still but I'm slowly working towards a healed me 🖤

The CBD stuff is godsend for pain relief 🙌
I think it's better to use sparingly cause getting out of being dependent on it is proving to be really hard 💀

I've been using it as a crutch to deal with anxiety for years so it definitely works 😅
Been working on finding stability without it though, cause it'd be very nice to not rely on it just to get by 😖
