Latest #anatomicalembroidery project is done.
Shoulder, focusing on brachial plexus (yellow)
Not bad for 6 months into this hobby!

Made some great progress on my newest embroidery project. This is the shoulder, focusing on the brachial plexus. I've just outlined the muscles and started filling them in.

Woof, I was a little army wife when my mom gave me a copy of "when you drive alone, you drive with bin laden." It gave me a spine against GWOT.
He has given up every shred of his soul for money. Such a good little libertarian.

Oh shit, I homeschooled without a single Bible verse.
My kids did learn about the Opium Wars and how the 13th amendment led to the prison industrial complex. So I might not qualify for the vouchers...

Let's do some fun math, shall we?
Musk's net worth (before his companies added $613 billion since the election, per Forbes) was $384 billion.
The median net worth of a person my age is $549,000.

$50 million is .013% of his net worth.
That's like me donating $71.56.

Next completed #embroidery project.
I decided to make one for each of the guidelines I develop. This one is for vertebral augmentation.

Good luck to everyone who tried that with me :)
(My bookshelf is the background for all my Zoom calls, so I know some folks have tried)

At least 75% of nostalgia and/or longing for how things used to be has to be wanting slow time...not leisure time, but time when things are happening, but you have to get up to stir the fire or the pot. You can be productive without giving everything. I think some of us miss that.

That's really cool.
I'm learning embroidery and have also been trying to combine one of my favorite things (anatomy). Hope to have your skills

Hey crafters, do you have an extra badge pull shoved in a junk drawer somewhere?
Congratulations, now you have a way to keep your favorite tool nearby as you work
(I love my owl that holds my snipping scissors and got tickled that it matched my outfit today, too)

Sometimes, #homeschooling is fun projects, field trips, and reading.
Most of the time, it's explaining slope-intercept form 75 different ways until your learner understands the concept well enough to do it independently.

Ok, well, this is my last hope for social media, so I'm gonna be silly here in addition to serious.

With that out of the way, I finally got over the fact that I'm older than ciabatta. But tonight I learned I'm also older than hobnobs and now I need a better night cream.
