I would not put it past any neoliberal party (liberal or dipper) to push through omnibus legislations to bypass parliamentary debate. We see it in Ottawa right now, and we have seen in BC under the New Democrats. Point is, even the NDP also has its authoritarian capitalist deamons to exercise.
