like worse case scenario of helping a 'cheater': someone got help that didnt need it, makes the program more expensive. worse case scenario of not helping someone who needs it bc they were misidentified as a cheater: they die. like. am i supposed to care abt ppl 'gaming the system' despite this

th thing about this is like. putting aside the worry about cheaters. do you actually trust the gov to be able consistently spot the 'cheaters' without a ton of false positives, of someone just having a better day at a bad time, or someone just 'could' be worse but still definitely needs help
