Curious how y'all interpret this. Is it saying that a pharmacist can give the COVID vaccines under their own NPI (that we all had to get to be able to prescribe Paxlovid) or is it saying to "prescribe" it under the doctor with whom we have a collaborative practice agreement for all other vaccines?

How long do you think it's gonna be before they decide (like has been done in the past, let me remind you) that we aren't Christian enough, or the right type of Christian, for their liking. Will you regret yoking yourselves to him then? But then it will be too late

Does this Rx make sense? Like, vanco doesn't have significant oral absorption so this chronic mras would have to be in the gut? But, can you have mrsa in the gut? This patient has been getting this since at least April 🤷
