They sure are she is great and I’ve learnt so much h already and it’s only been 3 months and she fully backs #AHPSupportWorkers attending with me to ICB event coming up and possibly CSP regional events!! #QISky

By making sure that everyone feels listened to at all levels anyone can lead but leaders can help, support and guide them. I’ve a very supportive manager who does it and her business is growing #QISky #PrivatePractice it’s her family and we all support each other #AHPQI

They sure are and I plan to make more with #AHPSupportWorkers in private practice so I can gain a better understanding as I’ve 12 years of NHS experience and finding my way in #PrivateaP

Had to do this when I started in #PrivatePractice learning and taking it all on while having ideas stored up but ready to unleash plus making connections with new patients within new service and working in a new way lots to take on

💯 I’m so happy and I know I can make a difference and develop with a great team yes I’ve moved out of NHS but I’m still connected and working alongside now or collaboration but it’s a welcome change #QISky
