The difference being “Time Passages” is awesome and “My Ding A Ling” should be illegal.
I saw Al Stewart a decade ago and he complained (good naturedly) about still having to sing "Time Passages," which he considered a trifle. Said it was like Chuck Berry having his biggest hit with "My Ding A Ling." #AT40

Even the youngest consumers of this pondwater must know the story of the Edmund Fitzgerald, which sank in Lake Superior 50 years ago today. The ship was, at her launch in 1958, the largest man-made object ever put into fresh water. When my family saw the Fitzgerald passing through the locks at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, in 1974 or 1975, she was surely the biggest thing I'd ever seen, and I never forgot her---or the sight of a few crewmen high above us at her rail, some or all of whom may have gone to the bottom with her.
