I remember one Doctor Who Missing Adventure (can’t remember the title, sorry, but it was the 4th Doctor and Nyssa) where it was a plot point that the TARDIS translated their vocal style/accent as well as their words. Nyssa was clearly an aristocrat and the Doctor was clearly a “man of learning”.
