Excellent column by @ericsaul.bsky.social. My only nitpick is the counterpoint between Berkeley as some sort of desirable goal and Bethesda as too expensive. Homes in Berkeley today are substantially more expensive than in Bethesda.

A fascinating test for what is left of credible news and media: how do you report when the President of the United States and his cabinet appointments make statements that are objectively false and spurious? As in the case of this phony linkage between acetaminophen and autism.
