JD Vance claims that diversity weakens unions, as people end up distrusting each other and not organizing.

Let me tell you two menswear stories related to this claim. 🧵

Diversity doesn’t weaken unions. Racist bosses like Vance using racism to divide workers by race so they can exploit them weakens unions. All this stuff is arsonists complaining about the temperature in the building they set on fire. bsky.app/profile/diew...

- It is legal to organize and fund protest.
- That someone organizes and funds promotion of a protest does not mean most, some, or any protesters are paid.
- Even if all protesters are paid, that is also legal
- It is good to oppose kings and fascism
- That's not what what "begs the question" means
Sean Duffy: "The No Kings protest, Maria, really frustrating. This is part of antifa, paid protesters. It begs the question who's funding it."

Watching all these centrist pundits stress the “civility” of Charlie Kirk’s style without addressing the ugliness of his substance is giving me a renewed appreciation of how the civil, polite White Citizens’ Councils conned the same crowd into thinking they were distinct from the cruder Klan.

Heritage has now created something Project 2025-like for Article II and Article III. Conspicuously absent is anything addressing Article I. What conclusions would draw from that? Because I draw a lot of them.
yikes yikes yikes: With the support of dozens of Republican judges, the Heritage Foundation created an 800-page clause-by-clause breakdown of the Constitution "that seeks to establish originalism as the sole legitimate way to read the nation's founding charter"

it is always worth remembering that vance made a conscious decision to be a person of low character. he has eagerly contorted himself into evil for the sake of what amounts to a whiff of power.
This is an actual exchange from a VP who took an oath to defend the constitution and, as a citizen, is expected to abide by the law.

May we one day have accountability for the grotesque lawlessness of this regime.

The President of the United States is threatening to go to war with an American city.

This is not a joke. This is not normal.

The loop the Democrats didn’t fully close on their “weird” talking point is that great wealth and unaccountable power corrupts the minds and souls of the people who desire and possess them—they become ever weirder and unhinged because they are so detached from the concerns of us normies.
“.. Quite a hot mic moment on CCTV in Beijing today as Putin and Xi, both 72 years old, are caught casually talking about living to 150 and maybe forever thanks to organ transplants. (As picked up by Bloomberg.)”
