Second camping trip of the season! This is before my neighbors arrived (we’re all on the overflow sites, no rentals all full). Yesterday was high seventies, last night sixties. Today, mid eighties, tomorrow nineties.

Please, if reporters call this "the Orlando shooting", complain to them that we must call it the hate crime it was, at the Pulse Nightclub (remember June 12). Local fascist cops refused to call this a hate crime, even though the shooters wife and husband said he struggled with his homosexuality.

Pretty stoked, but reminding myself to be patient. The standard (80mm, medium format) "Carl *Zeiss* Jena DDR" lens came w/ the (Pentacon Six) camera. The long lens (180mm) arrived after my first roll (of 120), haven't tested yet. The fisheye (50mm) arrived needing repair; seller will fix & return.

This week's map is no surprise. COVID strain from Asia is no longer just in LA and NYC but is moving into USA - "razor blade throat" or "razor cough" COVID they call it. It's hospitalizing folks, this isn't a mild strain.
