Coffee Bitch and I agreed we don't want physical Christmas presents, so we are off to Whitby again in January for our joint gift to ourselves.

Sod it, I've decided to do this winter as a small round Stevie Nicks impersonator, and have raided the savings for velvets, lace blouses, soft fabrics and flowing garments with lots of scarves. The woman is an icon. I wanna be a little bit icon.

Morning Skyfolk. Head therapy morning. I kinda need it it. It's taken me a while to identify that what I'm feeling is absolute misery. I've been dragged into a pit of it overseen by a manipulative emotional vampire, and I'm just miserable and don't know how to move forward.

My husband refused anything from a bakery run this morning & I had a cinnamon bun for when I came back from attending my sick mother, and I come back and he’s eaten it despite me asking him not to and now I can’t stand him and am just a bit overwrought bc everything is crap and I just wanted my bun.

That emotional wobble I had a week ago is back. I have to do something I really don't want to do, which has many thorns and abrasions, bc after asking myself many questions, not doing it is marginally the worst option in the circumstances.
I have developmental PTSD. I have to step back into it.

Now watching Tim Curry’s IT. Really good but blimey it is so early 90s visually.

Morning Skyfolk. I'm a bit downbeat today. Physio this morning. I was trialling excessive vitamin B2 for migraine, which I could tell was helping me sleep better, but as soon as I titrated up, I was hit with a huge allergic reaction. So, back to sleeping with violence 😔

Very much toying with watching the whole of Supernatural again bc I just ain't clicking with anything else, including stuff like Interview with the Vampire, Mayfair Witches etc, and given Netflix cancels everything, anything fantasy based on there (Half Bad was fantastic you sods).
