Latest attempt at whey bread. I think my oven is a bit hotter so the cook time was shorter. But the taste and texture are great.

Baked a loaf of whole grain bread! Warmed the house on a cold day and make the kitchen smell great! In the background is the apple cider cake I make a day earlier. Surprised there is any of it left.

Made bread using whey from making Greek yogurt. Very easy and tasty. Nice chewy crust and tender crumb!

Baked bread today using an online recipe for buttermilk bread. I'm a moderately experienced baker but had not tried this set of ingredients or baking in a dutch oven. This came out so well I think this recipe will be on repeat. The house still smells of baking bread!
