6 Step Plan to Abolish Landlords (LLs): Introduce Rent Controls + Abolish RTB - Abolish Section 21 Evictions + make all rental agreements secure long-term tenancies that can only be terminated by the tenant; Tax (LLs) - move towards a Land Value Tax levied on Owners, not Tenants. No Exceptions. Business Rates on AirBnBs/Short Lets. No Exceptions. Double taxation for empty properties. Put NI on Pvt Rents; Remove finance for LLs - end Buy to Let mortgages; Provide gov backed finance to tenants. Give tenants 1st RTB when LLs sell, with their total rent paid discounted; Provide finance to Councils. Councils should be given 2nd RTB when LLs sell, or property that hasn’t been insulated to EPC rating C or fails to meet decent homes standard, or any property left empty for more than 6 months, with the total current tenancy discounted, tenants moved to a truly affordable Council tenancy. Gov must change prudential borrowing req's to allow Councils to buy back + build new hsg on a massive scale

I didn't know Yabsley Street recycling centre was called Northumberland Wharf. I go there a lot, but was still a bit confused by your post. The web page you linked to mentions the name, but it's not clear that it is the name of the recycling centre. Maybe boost the name on the page to make it clear?
