Patriots’ long snapper Julian Ashby doesn’t get recognized when he goes out in public--“I’m not Drake,” he says with a laugh--but a chance connection this past spring with Walpole long snapper Connor Vigneau has led to a mentorship that Ashby didn’t see coming.

“It’s been awesome,” said Vigneau.

Cole Eiserman isn’t seriously hurt, but the BU men’s hockey team will need a group effort to replace him in the short term - The Boston Globe
Eiserman exited last Saturday’s 3-1 win over UConn after taking a hard hit to the boards at the end of the first period.

Lawton Zacher was considered by many to be the top goalie in the transfer portal. He certainly made a good case with 35 saves in Northeastern's 1-0 shutout of Denver.

Yes, BC can fill up the net, with Ryan Leonard leading the nation in goals. And Jacob Fowler is probably the best goalie in college. But how about that defense? Taking a look before BC's tourney opener this afternoon.
