It’s that expectation they must hit the ground running.
Another argument I saw was why didn’t he just promote one of our young players and give them the time to develop.

I hear you Marit but surely it would have made sense to keep Rasmus and spend on a needed midfielder? Do we have time to bed in another big money forward for a season if we’re to challenge for the top 4.
