Saw Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band this week. My 3rd time, 9 years after the 2nd and 13 since the 1st. I remember thinking they were the best band in the world after that first time, in 2012. I’m even more sure of it after this one. An incredible night, still thinking about it.

Lived my absolute best life at the Flaming Lips show last night, still the most fun, joyful band out there. Was my third time seeing them, probably the best, and it was also, by far, the most confetti I’d ever seen in my life.

Finished Mohammed El-Kurd’s Perfect Victims and it’s an incredible book, a really powerful analysis/testimony on the dehumanisation Palestinians suffer every day. Tears down (annihilates, really) every point we see thrown against Palestinians around what’s happening now, and what happened before.
